Where is the humanity? It certainly isn't there. I used to save my rejection letters back in the 1990s for an art project; then the letters became emails; and now, I delete each rejection notice and move on with my day. Who is going to hire an almost 60-year-old artist with copy editing experience in Austin, Texas. I mean really! I am exhausted with exposing my professional information to strangers who do not give a flying rats ass about offering me a job. Maybe, psychologically speaking, I don't really want the wimpy administrative clerical job I have had applied for and they smell it. I think I will garden. Yes, garden.
